American Foundation for Cardiomyopathy (AmericanFFC) was founded in 2009 by Anthony and Stephanie Miller. Based out of Arizona, AmericanFFC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about Cardiomyopathy and supporting those already afflicted with the disease through education, support groups, and disease management.
Anthony is a survivor of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. After his initial rehabilitation from the disease, Anthony and Stephanie created AmericanFFC with the goal of preventing future deaths due to Cardiomyopathy, and helping those who are already afflicted.
